Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Thank you for shopping with Paper Rituals. This policy explains dispatch, shipping charges and what to expect after placing an order.
Processing and dispatch
Our usual processing time is 1–3 working days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before handing it to the carrier. It is separate from the carrier's transit time.
During particularly busy periods, such as new launches, sales and Christmas, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates
-
United Kingdom: Standard shipping is £0.90, with free standard shipping from a £15 order subtotal.
-
European Union: Standard international shipping is £3.65.
-
United States and Canada: Standard international shipping is £3.65.
These are our standard rates. Products in separate shipping profiles may have different rates, and orders containing products from multiple profiles may have combined shipping charges. Please check the shipping options and total charge shown at checkout before paying.
Delivery expectations
The following estimates start after dispatch, not from the date you place your order:
-
United Kingdom: approximately 2–4 working days.
-
European Union: approximately 3–7 working days.
-
United States and Canada: approximately 5–10 working days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, busy periods, public holidays and customs checks can affect delivery.
International deliveries may occasionally take longer, particularly where a parcel is held for customs clearance.
Dispatch notifications and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
Tracking is only available where the shipping service selected for your order includes tracking. If tracking is available, the tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation or made available through your order details.
Please be aware that tracking information may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin updating.
If your order has been sent using an untracked service, parcel-by-parcel tracking updates will not be available.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling fees.
If any import charges or duties are collected at checkout, this will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase. Where these charges have not been collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying any charges requested by the destination country's customs authorities or delivery carrier.
Paper Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible through our website contact page, quoting your order number.
We will do our best to make changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order is being processed or has already been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so we can discuss the next steps and any applicable redelivery costs before arranging another shipment.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Occasional postal delays can happen, even after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed.
Please contact us if your order has still not arrived within:
-
United Kingdom: 10 working days after dispatch.
-
International orders: 20 working days after dispatch.
If tracking shows that there is a problem with your parcel, please contact us sooner and we will be happy to look into it.
Please contact us through our website contact page and include your order number so we can investigate the delivery and discuss an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Returns, damaged items and refunds
For information about returns, damaged items and refunds, please read our Refund Policy.
If a delivery problem requires a refund or return, please contact us so we can help in line with that policy and your statutory rights.
